The Opportunity:
As a Manager in the Business Advisory division, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to managing client relationships and workflows, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with partners to lead, manage, and mentor your team.
- Being the primary point of contact for a diverse range of clients, fully immersing yourself in their businesses.
- Managing a significant portfolio of clients and growing your fee base.
- Providing general and advanced tax compliance and advisory services.
- Utilising your in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry trends to provide strategic insights and solutions.
- Facilitating the professional growth of junior staff through guidance and support.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- You will be CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 7 years' broad experience in business services within the Australian industry.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong organisational skills and self-management.
- Effective interpersonal skills and adaptive communication.
- Proven business and financial acumen.
- Experience in leading a team, with a focus on delegation and mentoring.
