Client Director - Business Advisory

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client business needs including accounting, taxation, and business advisory services
- Provide expert advice to help clients improve profitability, operational efficiency, and growth
- Oversee the delivery of client reports and ensure high service standards
- Lead and manage teams, including offshore staff, ensuring all deliverables are met
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships and win new business
- Drive improvements in workflow, processes, and technology to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with Partners to expand client relationships and secure new opportunities
Skills & Experience
- CA/CPA qualified with a strong background in audit, business services, or tax
- Commercially aware with excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams
