Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior managers in driving major corporate finance projects, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial analysis.
- Conduct comprehensive financial research, develop detailed financial models, and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, including graduates and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external providers, contributing to the development of innovative financial strategies and solutions.
- Work across ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- CA/CPA/CFA qualification (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 7 years of broad Australian corporate finance experience
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
