This position lies within their Business Advisory Services team. Primarily responsible for assisting clients by completing much of the preparation of financial and management accounting reports. This position requires the ability to identify issues and provide solutions in a proactive manner.
Responsibilities:
Processing and reviewing financial statements, preparation of management reports, preparation of review of BAS/IAS returns, preparation of interim financial accounts and providing tax planning proposals, preparation and analysis of management reports, preparation of tax effect accounting, analyse and review accounts, monthly payroll, payroll tax submission, FBT preparation and lodgement and financial data presentation.
This position requires a team player with excellent initiative. Ability to build trust and relationships with clients is key. Good communication and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and training to junior staff members. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
You will have:
CA or CPA qualifications, up to 3-5 years' experience in a similar role. Ideal experience would be within mid-tier or Big 4 exposure, proficient in Xero and MYOB, excellent written and verbal communication.
